That's what I like about this boot camp that I am doing. You're in the middle of a push up and he's like "jump in the pool and swim 100 meters and then finish your pushups". Last night we had to do 350 squats, 200 pushups, 100 4 counts and 40 laps as a team of 4. 500 meters of swimming takes some effort! Oh, and that was after the warm up of stairs, shoulder pushups, 4 counts, 5 minuts of treading water and swimming pool pull ups.
