At this point, if it wasn't brought up at the phone interview don't bring it up at the face to face interview. Do your best and wait to see what is offered and negotiate from there. If it's a very low salary, don't burn your bridge just apologize for their time and let them know that you don't think they can meet your requirements. during the phone interview I would simply ask the question flat out. "What's the starting salary for this position"
That's what the phone interview is kinda for in my opinion. The face to face is for more drilling questions about the company, your future, etc.Waiting for another good one!
