Is Tommy's for sale? If so, maybe I could buy it and rename it "Timmy's Surf Shop"...

It was for sale for years. Last I heard the sale to his Son in Law fell through. Some guy from Michigan that owns a couple Harley dealerships is taking it over. He is building his own shop and just renting space from Tommy for 6 months. Then he will move everything to his shop and Tommy will sell that land to Walgreens. This is just what I heard and can't confirm if it is accurate or not. Heard it from a pretty reliable source though.
