Ford:
Well, the 7.3 was pretty solid as far as PSD goes.

the 6.0 had front seal issues, cracked egr cooler issues

the 6.4 has head issues, poor economy issues

Chevy:
injectors
tranny coolers
turbo oil leaks

Dodge:
blocks
weak trannys (okay - not engine related entirely)
injection pumps

I have had mine since new, Sept 1999, and haven't had any problems.
