From what I hear the WB wake on the early Z3 was a disaster.

Weird. Tony is the one that showed me the pics last July before anyone even knew anything about it and that was the thing he was the most proud of was the wake. Maybe they had to make changes to get the surf wave to clean up even before the chine removal and it washed the wakeboard wake out. I think they used one with the chines at the TO reunion last year, didn't they?

I don't know what changes might have been made (other than when ragboy went to the factory), but they sent the green and silver pre-production Z3 to Mead last year with Ben Pigeon. That boat was the one ragboy took home. We all played around with it for a couple days, trying different combos of weight and speed, both for wakeboarding and surfing. We couldn't get either wake to clean up. We were scratching our heads, because we had heard about how great it was. Dunno what the issue was - maybe we were all just idiots on properly setting it up. I think everyone loved the boat, but the wakes sucked for us.

Funny though - the best wakeboard weight was when we had zero ballast filled. It actually looked clean and big!

A drunk boater t-boned another boat this past weekend at a local lake near me killing two in the other boat.

News reporter is showing video and narrating, he says:
"His boat submerged in the water as a reminder that the last rides of summer can be just as dangerous as the first"

Who comes up with narrative? I suppose he's left to do it himself. Such poetic insight...

Mine is a XXL...6'1", 190's. The XL was too hard to put on dry so I went with the big dog and it's honestly a little big but not that bad. A large would be pretty hard to put on and would be very tight so go with an XL. Just depends on how tight you want it. The zipper on mine is pretty good and you only get a little bit of water in the suit. The first couple of times out, nothing at all in the suit.

Next week my son leaves for his 6th grade science camp trip. It's a week long science trip to a small (cold) lake with a bunch of cabins designed for school camps.
