Get yourself a foam roller for your back and start doing the exercises, best thing I have ever done. Used to hurt my back every month or two and then started using that and no back pain at all n no matter what I did. I got my dad one for Father's day and he started doing the exercises and is pain free as well now after only 2 months.

I'm thinking this might be the issue. My buddies rushed to put it together Saturday night and I think they missed a few washers as I found some still in the package of materials.

You get it at Bevco or GASES? My ex-Father-in-law manages Gases in Commerce City in case you ever need something.

I ended up swapping out the tank at the great American beer store. Cost me $6. I bet I spent triple that in gas searching for what I needed.
