Yes sir, i think there was 2 wake boarding clips out of what? 5 epidsodes? The kids can ride tho. It makes me jelly. I started last year and was going wake to wake pretty good on my Liquid Force board from Phil Soven, than i switched to the Ronix Viva and ate **** way out in the flats on my first jump. Idk what I'm doing wrong but after that everythings been pretty flat. Ready to put it all togeather this weekend and go huge

I got an account on learnwake and im pretty sure using that LF board i had to really do stuff right. Now on the Viva I think im charging the wake way to hard instead of progressive and locking my legs out so I'm gonna really try to work on stuff if I get the chance this weekend as well as riding switch so here pretty soon I can land a HS frontside 180

I do love the viva tho, very smooth and when I do get launched off it its awesome. Im pretty sure Im just not locking out my legs which is making my jumps out of control and really flat. The Ronix Cell boots are awesome tho on it.

I got to go pick up my 2 RE SXX 12's i bought off CL. They've been fixed where the surround started to seperate from the cone but for 150 I think itd be alright?

Fiver, that is a VA loan that buyer is getting and he is still wanting a 9/28 closing date. said he would throw in an extra 6k over asking. I was wanting 10k but that might be a pretty good deal. No rent back and I have to move twice though. I'm not sure I want to do that at all. could be a deal breaker.

Any way the question is.... can VA loans close that fast?
