Ouch! Wish you the best! I'm familiar with something similar. I didn't rotate my hip too much, I simply split my entire pelvis in two (where your femur ball plugs into the hip socket)Sometimes it's better to break than strain IMO...Originally posted by halfwatt View Postno idea how i did it, but rotated my pelvis 3mm out of adjustment, dislocated my hip-bone...or somethin like that. nothin but sharp shooting pain up my back and down my left leg. according the chiropractor i'm back in alignment but am suppose to lay flat for a while. no twisting, bending, lifting anything over 25#Waiting for another good one!

No, that was a shattered Femur in 1999.Originally posted by skippabcool View PostWas that your wakeboarding wreck
My hip was a horse flipped over on top of me. The reins got caught up on my spur and I couldn't get off the horse. He flipped his head, reared up and came down on top of me on hardpack clay... That was in 2008Waiting for another good one!

I had a horse come over on me on an asphalt road, rode it out. Seemed like slow motion. Lucky for me it only dislocated my pelvis.Originally posted by Fiveflat View PostNo, that was a shattered Femur in 1999.
