My guess is the 2500 would have a bit smoother ride, however if I get another I would get the 3500

I could be wrong on the newer ones but the older ones the 3500 had a stiffer ride because of the heavier suspension. Now once it is loaded down the ride becomes smooth.

Wicked might be able to correct me or explain better.

Their stiffer / heavier duty on the 3500, correct? If so, that would cause for a stiffer ride.
