All boat operators in Washington are required to take a boating safety course. I finished mine. My wife is taking hers. Some parts are worthwhile, but I'm not sure my safety depends on her knowing the different type of boat toilets.

I haven't taken mine yet. But then again I've barely used my boat I havent renewed my tabs or picked up my new mirror yet.

I'll keep you posted. My wife just told me we are celebrating Emilee's birthday with the family on Sunday. We have her Relay on Saturday next weekend we are up in Lance's part of the world the weekend after that is the surf comp so that's why my boat doesn't get used.
