Did have a bit of nervousness yesterday. When I went to hitch up the trailer to head to the lake, I noticed that all four tires have significant cracking in the sidewalls. Those cracks weren't there a couple of months ago. Crap.

So, Ewok and I made the decision to charge ahead and drive to the lake anyway. Mission accomplished, with no blowouts. Boat is now on the lift, and I shouldn't have to replace the tires until I want to pull the boat out again (hopefully not until winter).

I also told Dingle about how I towed my old boat 150 miles to San Antonio with tires that looked like that. I waited until we drove back to his place that 1/4 miles from my house on the return trip one of the tires blew out.
