So glad I never worked on one. I have always been on the development side, or the infrastructure side of IT. our HD guys are idiots, and they are just completely clueless. I even setup a mentoring program to help them grow their knowledge and people skills. Not one of them really grasped what I was trying to accomplish with them. UUUGH!
