Last October I fractured 3 vertabre and ruptured a disk. Not sure how I did it, just could not move one day. I have no feeling in my right foot and it is pinching several nerves that are messing with my legs. My company switched insurance companies mid way after i had all the referrals and MRI's complete and I had to start over again with doctors in network. Finally got it all cleared and surgeon consltation tomorrow to see if I am a canditate for surgery or go the shots to reduce the inflamation.

Hope your feeling better and heal quickly. We found out that our 12 year old son had fractured two vertabre last August. He is doing pretty good now. Luckily he only needed to wear a custom brace.
