I stacked three 2x8 pieces together with 45 degree cuts. If you have to change a tire instead of having to use a jack you can pull forward or back onto the ramp / jack and it lifts the other tire that you need to change. Only works for tandem trailers. They have ones that are plastic but they are about $70 bucks. I bought 2 scrap 2x8's from the bargain bin at home depot for $1. I need to test it but it should work.
