The youngest person is the boat is always the one in charge of the flag. That's how it was when I was growing up, and that's how it is on my boat.

$25 and it seems pretty good. I am thinking that I might be able to even put it up by the driver. Pull throttle back and raise flag. Push throttle ahead and lower flag.
