Used dad-in-laws 1-ton to pluck it from the flat bed and set it in the water. 2-horse Nissan motor provided propulsion to the new home. Got some more decking done last night too...

Looks good. I was trying to figure out why you had to have the motor on the dock, then I figured it out. How far from the site did you put it in the water?
