Oh, no, I just had a cable with a padlock on the spare for when we went Lake Powell and the trailer was sitting there for 5 days without a boat on it. Figured it was pretty vulnerable like that and 20" wheels aren't cheap.

Are any of your lugs keyed?

No, just regular lug nuts. Looks like I could use a locking lug on the spare tire though, I might do that if I ever take it on another trip. This is the first time the spare tire has been off of the trailer in 5 years, still had the goodyear sticker on it from the factory!

I am using the factory switches. The top light or square lights up with the nav lights. The bottom bar light comes on when one of the pumps is switched on and get it power from that terminal. Essentially it creates a triangle and without the diode both pumps would kick on.

I looked under my dash. My factory switches have diodes.

No, I will be up early, hoping the storm holds off, sanding. I am just about done. We have one of the decks stained, wife and kids did the staining.

Big W, I don't know how quick you need to know about the batteries, but I already bought a group 29 and I just need the boat back to check it out. Based on measurements it should fit. The other option is to run everything up to the storage under the observers seat, then you could go big.

I pulled my cooler to route my battery cables today. My son just measured the height of the cooler compartment and says it is 11.5 inches. That might be a tight fit, but it sure is a good spot. I am working on convincing my better half that that that cooler is unnecessary, if the batteries fit there, that is where I'll put them.

I pulled my cooler to route my battery cables today. My son just measured the height of the cooler compartment and says it is 11.5 inches. That might be a tight fit, but it sure is a good spot. I am working on convincing my better half that that that cooler is unnecessary, if the batteries fit there, that is where I'll put them.

I only use it to put the hot sauce. Iwndr if the weight there does anything? Maybe offset the driver?
