Is the drain flow passing through the T or making the corner? corners reduce flow

Does the pump sound any slower then the other pump? low voltage equal low rpm

Is it gurgling like its churning air? water not flowing freely into the inlet

You didnt have the engine running, right? Its still winterized IIRC?

Low voltage could send it into protect. Other then the ZXM, did you do any other work with the 700.5 amp or its speakers?

Can you put it on a charger and retest tomorrow?

I just went back through your thread. Is there any way you could fill the sac and then kick the drain on and watch the water flow in the hose? If there is any arch in that short section of hose between the sac and pump, it may be air locking. It might also be worth popping the cartridge out and make sure there is now foreign object in the body of the pump.

Ok, so no changes to the 700.5 setup. Id bet its just low voltage since you had it playing last week.
