Found out that my car has a seized belt tensioner. That is why I can't get it to budge. Now I have to figure if I can get that off. I like working on the boat better.

Started with the hose. I clipped a couple of small pieces to attach the check valve to the tee.

Chp, one other question, probably more to come. I thought asking here might help someone else. For the nylon clips, that are faulty , are there certain places to use the bigger ones versus the smaller ones? Also, do any of them need to be doubled up?

Yes. Some of the fittings are oversized and actually 1-1/8" Once the hose is stretched over, the typical 1" clamp will not fit. Use the #32 for the over sizes and the #28 for the other fittings.

I like to double clamp below the water line.

It didn't do anything until I had it on the fitting then it went pop.
