I was thinking about the Mauka. IMHO as long as your happy and it works you didn't go wrong.

It's a big board cause I weigh about 225-230. I believe that I could have gotten away with their Shauka. It's a fun board don't get me wrong.

Xxx, grindwater,inland surfer are production boards where the Lakewakes, Walker, Soulcraft are customs. Theres a pretty big price jump to a custom for the most part.

Not affiliated but if you like Lakewakes on FB you can run across a deal. They are custom made. Some like them and some don't. I believe if you are not satisfied he will give you a refund. Just as an idea I paid $200 plus shipping. It was cheaper than my Hyperlite Broadcast.

That is a deal. It sounds like you had a great experience and you're not just a number with them. That level of customer service is why I choose the brands I do.

Fight it off. I did for about 2 weeks and now my head is all congested.

Wife was nice enough to sleep in the race car bed with my Son so she didn't get sick.
