                    My mom was born in Shanghai China. It was a Portuguese colony at the time. My family on that side had been there hundreds of years. So apparently we had been weaned off blood sausage during that time frame thank god

                        Well I guess its about time to stuff the sausage

                        My daughter keeps asking what the casing is made of, I think if I tell her the truth she will be done with sausage forever
