Looks like both, unfortunately most dealers do not how to set-up a boat.

I've been on WABs boat and the noise he recorded is new to me, I don't remember hearing anything like that on his boat. He says he heard it on my boat too but I don't recall hearing it, and I notice little things like that.

It's a good video but I still don't like the fixed bow filler cusion. To me its more vinyl to get dirty and torn and it makes it a little harder to walk up to the bow and reach over to clip the tow strap to.

Z3 has some nice features. That surf wave needs some work though.
