I plan on keeping my boat for a LONG time, we had our last boat for 17 years. Unless I win the lottery or a new Z3 falls off a truck in front of my house, I'm in for the long haul.

X2. I am still thinking about opening up my own boat dealership someday when I retire. I just love boats, working on boats, helping people out on boats, and I've seen the good and bad about current dealerships. I know it will be hard work but I've lerned that if you are doing something you love, it doesn't seem like work. I might use some of my GI bill to go to a boat mechanic school or something like that.

I just have to sell my house in TX first, but we are in saving mode now to hopefully get a place maybe next summer. So my FAE, ballast and stereo upgrades are now on hold, but it will be worth it. I'm going to take a bit of a hit in TX but I got a great deal on the house in WA and the market looks very good for lake houses here, lots of inventory sitting for over 6-9 months.

Its hard for me to believe that relatively large markets with nice water nearby are having a hard time being served by Tige. The lack of dealers in CA is also surprising to me. It seems strange that Hyperactive in Canada is killing it and there is no service in the Bay area or Southern CA.
