How far on average or to your home lake do you guys trailer?

I have a lake that is 45 minutes away but it is small and crowded. The lake that I typically go to is just over 2 hours away.

We've got five decent sized lakes within fifteen miles of our house. That number jumps to fifteen if we go twenty- five miles out. There's a lot more smaller lakes, but the launches are sub par.

That's why I'm going to retire here. Our big house in town (my current house) can store the boat in the winter, lots of great lakes of all sizes, great skiing in the winter, it doesn't get ND cold, it doesn't get TX hot, it's a happy medium for everything I love to do. And having a lake house will eventually make summers here incredible, hopefully I'll have many generations up here.

I was born in Spokane actually. Never knew it much. Moved down to the general area I live now when I was 2 weeks old. Surprisingly I came back here too after my time away. I hope to have many generations where I live too. I like having lots of family nearby.
