I have felt one earthquake in my life. It was nothing major like a 1.2 when I was 10 and living in Milwaukee.

How was it? Was there a lot of damage? Is the boat ok? What type of boat are you going to buy?

No damage local that I know of, news some in VA and D.C. Here is was like a side-to-side motion and sounded like the wind was hitting the windows.

1.5 hours from, 2.5 from the lake house, we close the place labor day anyways and ill be so busy at school it wont matter, next thing i know itll be snowing and ill have snowboarding to look forward to... i wish our home was on a lake so that i could ride over septermber/ october

any recomendations on heater tops? need one for next spring

That's about how far one of my sons is from home at NC State. My oldest is leaving to go to England for a year to get his masters.

Benj loves the Jet Pilot heater top, I would have to look at the model. He has outgrown his shorty, but rode a full Oneil this spring and liked how stretchy is was.

my brother and i decided we could only ever own a tige or a nautique, we HATE mellow wakes. heres a pic of an x25... not a huge fan unless theres 3k lbs in it.

note the strange lip on the starboard wake, the 2010 i ride has it and the 2011 doesnt?? its confusing, i think the ballast must be set up different in the 2011 because i prefer the 2011...not quite sure why everyone raves about that wake

We like we can change the wake shape, much like you can with a Tige.

even when we are "mellow" its pretty lippy, that is true i havent ever ridden a malibu, but i would think the wedge adds some good lip
