If the package was damaged and you still have it UPS is still an option.If it was concealed damage then UPS will blame the shipper for not packing it properly.

Good luck! When my hatch got damaged, UPS and the shop fight over who's fault it was. The boat shop covered it, but said they were gonna fight it our with UPS. If UPS comes to pick it up for inspection you won't get it back. They will return it to the sender.

It wasn't a purchase though. It's my board that I left I California and it was shipped back home to me. I think I will be doing a temporary repair to get me through the Summer.

He repaired it last time my elbow cracked it. I've only ridden it for a weekend since he repaired it.
