We did a tri tip on the grill last weekend that turned out fantastic. We marinated it for about an hour in a blue agave nectar and tequila lime spices. Give it a whirl!

That sounds pretty good I will try it next time, I just let it sit in some olive oil teriaki sauce and spices for a bit and threw it on it's still cooking really slooooooow
