I believe I got one of those back when I learned on doubles myself. I was about 8 or 9 when I first stepped into skis.

I was about the same age when I learned. I just remember that I thought I was going to drown. My Dad wasn't going to let me quite either. Not long after that we moved but didn't take the boat. We moved back 3 years later then the boat broke. Now some years later I still love being on the water. It is addictive.

I learned to ski at summer camp when I was 11 behind a 17' with a 60 HP outboard. And it is one of the best memories.
