I have looked though speedset errors but don't recall this one.

Everytime out, I have seen this issue once, where it fills like it is boggeed down or stuck at 11 - 13 mph and won't budge. It has happened when I was pulling someone or while I was being pulled. I can turn the cruise switch off and on and nothing I can move the throttle and nothing. Now I am trying to recall what exactly gets it unstuck. I want to say I turn the cruise switch off then take it out of gear. As soon as I put it back up in gear it runs normal. Is this just a operator error of SpeedSet?

Are you putting your throttle all the way forward after you engage and set Speed Set?

Yep. It will actually come on and say more throttle if you don't.
