I've never let anyone drive my Seadoo without being on it with them and showing them it will not turn without throttle. I get it up to about 30 let off the throttle and turn to show it goes straight, then speed up again and whip it around under throttle. We then switch and I make them do the same...out in the middle of the lake of cousre.
