That's a good question, you can mileage for travel. It seems that you could for expenses - I need to find out for WTW volunteers.

you'll never regret the ballast, but if you add too much you'll need a prop

I still don't feel like I need a prop in mine even with the custom sac. The boat still rips your arms off with the ballast full and at altitude (5000') with the stock 537 with the MP 340hp, can't imagine it with the PCM 343 or 409. More than adequate.

I agree, if I wouldn't have ruined mine the 537 was doing just fine with the 1000lb custom.

I said if you add too much ballast. We have to run sometimes at tournament levels for wakeboarding and in those cases it's a given. I've never had enough weight surfing that I felt another prop was needed.
