I was working on the wave today also. I might rethink piggy backing that sac over the hard tank

What you going to do? Go with a bigger sac?

My wave is better with weight in the front also

Newbies always want to drop the rope too quick. The 2 best tips I ever got was to get my toes on the front foot closer to the wave or the board steers away from the wave and to keep your shoulders in line with you feet with your weight centered.

Good advice thanks. I did notice that sometimes I would steer awar from the wake, now I know why.

We did notice that as soon as you load it down it does not drive the same.

Or just putting another pump on the sac, it took forever to fill up and then it drained back after I shut off the pump.

I was going to post that after only one time out I am ready to have auto ballast.

The hard tank actually was bulging more than normal today with the sac on top of it???
I found that strange.

Yep. It did start to sprinkle but it only lasted a couple of minutes. Lots of people took off as soon as it started.

I put on a long sleeve shirt after a couple of hrs.

As long as the hard tank is full first you should be good.
