samson makes a swing mount and rack that will bolt up,: I might get one next year . It is pricey
I think Majestic said nice rack has some bolt on forks that will attach to the tige swivel

I actually just drilled the nice rack plate to match. I got the nice rack for free so no biggie if I screwed it up. Samson is still the best choice if you can afford them.
