its confusing the way i explained it, long story short, in nh the safe distance from swimmers boats and shore is 150 feet, the cops are saying that when you toss the handle into the boat when youre surfing you become a swimmer, the driver gets a ticket because they are too close to a swimmer, the same rules should apply to any skiier or wakeboarder at a rope length sub 150 feet, therefore the law makes no sense because wakeboarding and skiing or tubing are completely legalOriginally posted by Fiveflat View PostComment
