Didn't know about that. Just like that Pueblo is bigger. The only draw back of Pueblo, at least where we have been they did not have as nice of beaches as Cherry Creek but I hope not to spend much time on the beach any more. The little kids like to play at the beach though. In the past I was going with a buddy and there was only room for about 5 or less in the boat at a time so the beach was a must. Come to think of it a beach or shore spot would still be nice to eat. I would rather that than eating in the boat.

Chattfield is a little furthar than Cherry Creek for us. If you have been to both how do they compare?

I hate Chatfield. On the weekends..it's all of the uppity Highlands Ranch moms standing on the dock with their gucci hand bags while dad backs the boat down the ramp, pulls the boat off of the trailer, drives it around to the other side of the dock and ties it up so mom can step into the boat and put all of their kids who are wearing polo shirts into the boat and wait for Dad to get back from parking their Escalade to do anything.

I think Chatfield has a little more beach space and maybe a little bigger, The biggest attraction is it is 5 minutes from my storage lot...

No boat tax in CO. Only costs like $30 to register it per year.

Same here in NV. Registration is based on length. I think it is $55/yr for mine.

Registration is $20 biennially
