We have the broadcast and its been a good board

good to hear - seems to be the general consensus - it's a decent board, stable, easy to learn on, durable, but you outgrow it pretty quickly

If the weather is good this weekend I can tell you about the Broadcast. I believe that is what iwndr uses.

Several shops talked it up as a good all around beginner board for different sizes. I went with the 5'6".

I couldn't see spending 2 to 3 times the money to ruin a more advanced board. I have heard from some that say a true surf style, the thicker softer board, is easier to learn on.
