Well, the owner never returned my DIRECT PHONE CALL message that I left for him. I spoke to the service manager a couple times - he offered shop credit. I'm probably just going to ask them to pay for the cover mods and one small tear repair.

And I'll be learning a lot in how to handle maintenance and service on my own boat from now on.

Only real problem will be any warranty work that comes up.
