Much better, I have been keeping the Velcro cast on and stopped lifting weights and it seems to heal faster that way

That's her funny face. She does that all the time and snorts when she does it. It is hilarious.

Hard to believe my daughter is 1 and my son will be 3 on Sunday.

How close are their birthdays? My two kids are 2 Years and 2 days apart. My daughter ( oldest) was born on my wife's birthday. My son was born 2 days after that day, they almost had all 3 on the same day.

About 8 miles south of Winnipeg and about 6 miles from the Red. We will be high and dry.
