Starting to get pretty bad. Were safe hear, but huge problems north of the city, and out west.

Once the water from Fargo arrives, there could be a big problem between WInnipeg and North Dakota.

Had some friends come back from Frago last weekend and they drove 15 miles on I-29 in a foot of water

I was hired by EMO in '97 to help co-ordinate some sand bagging efforts and we had upwards of 50 boats moving sandbags in 1 area south of Winnipeg and I dont think there was 1 incident of taking off a lower end. Water was very deep
