Hola hos howzit hanging? happy hopefully
Here are some pics of some deck remodeling from the last two weekends... Busting my backside to get this done so I can get back to the sailboat work.
The area used to have some rotten old steps, with crappy under-structure on 36" centers. I wanted to remove steps, to make it more drunk-friendly, and also so I could just drive my golf car up in under the cover for storage when I am not there.
Take a look...It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....Comment

I am darned lucky to have what I have there. Since I built the decking, they have placed restrictions on the size of permanent structures and decks. the part I repaced in these pics is now the largest deck you can have... roughly 15x15.
