To me this just goes to further prove they are a shadey outfit. They knew it was wrong. Made you wait while they verified. Have verified now want you to take shop credit. As I posted they had the opportunity to make it right quickly but they have chosen to sit on it. Now want you to use shop credit making look like it was your mistake. I guess one way is to get it in writing that they will fix your speakers, not included in the credit, and to credit you actually more than the difference that can be used on anything and you only pay their cost for the items.
