So, yesterday the dealer's service manager called me again (but still no return call from the owner). He says they confirmed with wetsounds that (according to him) wetsounds incorrectly charged them for Pro-80's, thus resulting in them charging me too much for the MB-8's. He wanted to ask about how they can make up the difference to me, and he suggested a shop credit, saying that he would make sure that I got my money's worth if I agreed to a shop credit. I told him I'd have to think about it.

Read between the lines.We ain't giving you no money back,but we will give you some more overpriced work you can pay the difference on one more time. And not be any better off than getting it done elsewhere.
