well, with the fence, shed, playground and gutters for the new house, a stereo upgrade is not going to happen for me this year. I'm still looking at FAE, I think I'll try to get in on the group buy, if the CinCHouse (aka CFO) approves it.

Maybe I missed something but I was surprised that he didn't say he was selling it before he did. Looks like he got the right new owner for it. Already said it but the reason he sold it is respectable.

Hope he and all the others that are having to get out can get back in ASAP.
