Not when you are living in part of your parents duplex and you have two kids and a wife. I think if I stay here much longer I won't be able to enjoy the boat anyway because I will have a mental break.

I can relate, my family lived in a duplex with my dads parents until I was in the second grade. My grandma and mom did not get along. We eventually moved out when the house was hit by lightining. The fire only took out half the attic but the smoke water damage needed about 9 months to fix so it forced my folks to move their own place across town.
