Waiting on an LP tank, a gas valve spring and a new burner orifice to get my shop heater going.
Visiting with the guy here local who installs and services tehse things, he says that the unit I have is ideally mounted at 15 - 20 feet height and will still get things toasty. I am mounted at about 12 - 14 feet, so it might get a little warm...
It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....

You know, I started to just write orifice, but realized someone would take the opportunity, so I added BURNER as a descriptor in hopes it would be left alone.Originally posted by dingleberry View PostI dunno, Phil. Sounds a little painful.

I suppose that "burning orifice" would have been better. But I'll try to twist almost any phrase down into the gutter.

Don't park anything plastic under the heaters, it'll warp.Originally posted by philwsailz View PostWaiting on an LP tank, a gas valve spring and a new burner orifice to get my shop heater going.

The luck is gone, the brain is shot, but the liquor we still got.
