I am still leaving this one on the market, but hey, when you are a tinkerer, you tinker.....

I know the market for cuddies is soft 'round here, and I still want tunes out back. This is the best way, so I am going for it.... Either way, it is removable....

Looks nice...what is that black material...looks like some sort of plastic? Did you heat it up and form it around a pipe?

ABS. 3/8ths thick. I clamped it down to my workbench, and then clamped a wood bending form over it and heated it with a heat gun, til it bent around the bending form.
