I still think it the wrong trailer for the boat, If you pull the boat further up the bow will continue to rise on the bunks......

Pigdog...looks like a boatmate trailer. That's what mine is. My 2 cents...they are fantastic trailers. Love mine.

The boat looks great Dog and the rub rail is parallel to the trailer frame like it should be.
