But why even post it, questioning in huge font, as to whether they will make it whole, until they have made a final decision? It's one thing to post your problem, but another thing entirely to try to pressure Tige while they are considering the issue.

Now, if you feel that you have a valid issue that should be covered, and they refuse, then I can understand posting it up and yelling about it. But not until then.

No he said Harvey was helping him out but he did not need to use thermonuclear font asking if they were going to hook him up.

If you look at the pic's there are some scuffs directly below the rudder on the prop guard making it look like the rudder struck it once. cant really tell if the prop guard has been straightend though. the rudder look like it took a upward blow to me but a hard turn could have possibly done that damage also.
The scuffs just look out of place......

Well the prop gaurd theory really doesnt hold water at all. Because our prop gaurd drags on the ground all the time back around curbs and going up steep hills. Its pretty common for those to be bent and scratched.

Im still trying to find out if his left turn coincides with the damage in the pictures.

I'm pretty sure that mine has some scuff marks, too. But in my case, it is not from hitting with the prop or rudder. Backing our trailer up a curved, uphill slot to fit next to our house, if I don't have it just right, I will scoop into the gravel between the drive strips. Or, the outside edges of the prop guard will scrape against the sides of the drive strips.

I really hate how we have to park our boat. I need to take pics sometime. It's a sonnovabitch to back it up.
