Dom can attest to how translucent and muddy most of our lakes are here. In the spring with the high runoff, you can pull a cultivator behind your boat and plant corn....

I was in Skiatook lake several years ago; the last clear lake in Oklahoma. I go freaked out thinking something big and black was swimming up towards me. It was my shadow....It's not an optical illusion.

One of the lakes we go to, you can see trees going under you as you surf by, and your in 35 feet of water with the tree tops 10 to 15 feet down.The luck is gone, the brain is shot, but the liquor we still got.Comment
