That's fantastic No matter what in life, that is an accomplishment no one can take away from you. I know my dad is as proud at 66 as when he was younger of his accomplishment.

Do you think it's made a difference for you in your adult life? I'm trying to drum up some interest in my boys...

I can tell you that the number 1 or 2 question in my job interviews was what was my project.

When I ran 3 weeks of meetings with all the big wigs, I was one of the only eagle scouts there, including the managers, and they were all so impressed, so yes I'm so glad now that my dad pushed me through it. I thanked him the other day for doing it, because at the time I didn't see the value, but now I do. Your correct NO ONE can take it from me.

At the scouts luncheon today a recent Eagle scout spoke about his experience with his journey to achieve the Eagle rank. He really stressed the leadership lessons he learned. Other Eagles at my table agreed...
